Hi Everyone!

It seemed to take forever but spring is really right around the corner and another show season is upon us.  Check out your district web site for a complete list of 2009 shows. By the time this letter reaches you all District Directors are expected to have this information available.

After conferring with all the District Directors is has been decided that the state show will be held at Shartlesville, August 28-30 2009.  The format will be pretty much the same as last year. The only changes at this time is that there will be ABSOLUTELY no rollovers or draw changes for anyone under any circumstance! 

Each District Director should be contacting each of their members and requesting a commitment of support for the state show.  This commitment will be up to each director and will be in the form of a sponsor, donation or some sort of fund raising activity.  This will be your added money for your state show.  Just think if each member comes through with just $25 it will amount to over $8000 in added money. 

Again, I would love to hear from anyone who has a great idea, constructive criticism, a problem or concern.  However, please keep in mind that all of the above should also be accompanied with a plan and or solution; a positive attitude wouldn’t hurt either.
